Behavioral Health

We work in behavioral health to

Behavioral health lives at the intersection of stress, trauma, connection, and care — and often within systems that haven’t always served people well. We partner with organizations responding to mental health and substance use challenges in real time, where urgency is high and trust matters.

We work in behavioral health to:

  • Support prevention, harm reduction, and treatment while reducing stigma.
  • Help systems and communities respond to crises with clarity and care.
  • Create campaigns that reflect struggles, strengths, and paths to support.

Mental health and substance use are deeply connected to how people live, work, and belong. Preventing harm and connecting people to care requires meeting people where they are, without judgment, and making support feel possible.

We approach this work by listening first. We work alongside people with lived experience, providers navigating complex systems, and communities shaped by loss and resilience. Through SE2 PowerMap®, we ground our strategies in reality, helping organizations show up honestly, respectfully, and with humanity.
