• Operations and Finance Manager. 32-Hour Workweek, Benefits Eligible (Job Description) – The Agency Operations & Finance Manager plays a central role in keeping SE2’s business running effectively, efficiently, and profitably. This position connects agency operations, financial management, project performance, systems, and people processes — helping leadership and teams understand how the business is performing and where we can improve. Reporting to the CEO, this role oversees agency financial operations, project profitability and forecasting, Workamajig administration, and key business and employee operations. The ideal candidate understands how a project-based agency works and how scopes, staffing, utilization, billing, budgets, and systems come together to create a healthy business. Accounting is an important part of the role, including oversight of financial reporting, cash flow, close, compliance, and internal controls. Just as important is the ability to turn financial and operational information into better agency processes, stronger project performance, and smarter business decisions. • Accounting Clerk, part-time (Job description) – The Accounting Clerk is a part-time, hourly position (approximately 15 hours per week) that supports day-to-day accounting operations. This position processes routine accounting transactions, maintains accurate financial records, and supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, client billing, and Workamajig administration.
