About Us

To create real change, you have to start at the heart of the matter.

But in a complex world, the heart isn’t always easy to find. That’s where we come in.

We are a collective of creatives, challengers and changemakers who know what it takes to get to the heart of today’s toughest issues. We work at the intersection of policy, perception, behavior and culture to create inventive, real-time solutions with the power to move our world—for good.

From public health and education, to energy and health care—our clients are called to make change happen. And we are called to help them do it.

Let’s move our world together.

SE2 Creating Change Process

Our proven approach to creating sustainable change

Meaningful, lasting change happens when we impact individual behavior, shift social norms and change public policy—all together.

In our time-tested model, Perpetual Movements: Change for Good®, each step creates momentum for the next—and the one after that. This unique process starts an enduring cycle of change for good.

Our Team

We believe having diverse perspectives is crucial to developing successful campaigns to reach diverse populations. So from SE2’s earliest days, we have been driven to recruit broadly, work to remove barriers, and craft an inclusive vision for what SE2 and our industry will look like in the future.

SE2 is led by a woman and a second owner is part of the LGBTQ community. Over two decades, we have energetically recruited talented people whose diverse backgrounds and lived experiences enrich our internal culture and the storytelling and outreach we produce for clients. We empower our staff of 15 to advance their careers at SE2 and in subsequent positions within our sector. By providing opportunities for interns and early-career employees, we open doors for the careers of next generation leaders.
