Growing up in mid-Michigan, I never realized there was anything particularly special about the civic involvement that surrounded me. It was just life. My mother was a school board member and my father served on various statewide boards related to responsible land use and the protection of natural resources. Our family also participated in music groups through church, school and the community.

When my passions led me to New York City to pursue a career in the music industry, I found that I was most enthusiastic about opportunities that allowed me to support and build communities and experiences – both in my work and through volunteering. Looking back now, I recognize this need to be part of something bigger was instilled in me at a young age.

SE2 allows me to be part of a talented and creative team working together to make a positive impact on communities around us. It’s more than just work. There’s genuine passion behind what we’re doing.

By pulling from my experiences in media relations, marketing, event planning and account management – in the music industry and within agencies – I help organizations and brands share their message and build communities.

After spending nearly a decade drinking street vendor coffee and schlepping through the New York City subway system, I’ve found in Denver the perfect combination of city and nature – with no shortage of good coffee. I love a good farmers market, waking up early to go for a run, and any opportunity to be a tourist.
