Brandon Zelasko leads SE2 with a simple belief: Communications is one of the most powerful tools we have to shape culture, influence systems, and improve lives.

For 15 years, he has helped shape SE2 into a social change marketing agency known for clarity, courage, and results. Brandon partners with state agencies, nonprofits, and community leaders to tackle complex public challenges — from behavioral health and early childhood to workforce, public safety, and systems change.

He is at his best at the intersection of strategy and possibility. Brandon helps organizations step back, see the bigger picture, and define what real progress looks like — then build the roadmap to achieve it. He understands how public systems work and how to communicate in ways that build trust across diverse communities. Under his leadership, SE2 has developed long-standing partnerships grounded in integrity, accountability, and shared purpose.

Brandon believes facts matter — and so do emotions. He pushes teams to root their work in research while telling stories that feel human and authentic. He champions community-led engagement and ensures SE2 shows up with humility, curiosity, and respect for lived experience.

His commitment to Colorado extends beyond agency work. Brandon previously served on the board of Colorado Youth Matter, supporting youth empowerment and equity initiatives across the state. In 2024, he was selected as a Governor’s Fellow, joining a cohort of leaders dedicated to advancing thoughtful, bipartisan solutions to Colorado’s most pressing challenges.
