Jennifer Ramos is born and raised from the metro Denver area and the daughter of Mexican immigrants. Her upbringing has informed her commitment to serving as a bridge between government institutions and the communities they serve. Jennifer began her career in public service at the age of 20, following a nontraditional path to professional development.

Her experience includes engaging local Latino communities for nonprofit and local government projects. As a Spanish speaker with strong cultural competency, she is dedicated to ensuring that community voices are meaningfully represented in public programs and initiatives. Her work is grounded in her lived experience and guided by a commitment to equity and inclusive civic participation.

Jennifer is committed to fostering the next generation of Latino leaders and to serving as a trusted and impactful resource within her community. She seeks to create opportunities for leadership, representation, and long-term community prosperity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.
