Mikhail Talley
Over nearly five years at SE2, Mikey has grown from junior associate to senior associate, leading multi-channel public and behavioral health initiatives across Colorado. She develops scopes of work and strategic plans, manages budgets and profitability, oversees timelines, and guides cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, and community engagement. She ensures every deliverable is on-strategy, aligned with contractual obligations, and advancing client objectives.
Mikey brings particular strength in campaign development, paid media, and production management. She writes and shapes messaging frameworks, builds content calendars, leads stakeholder councils, supports influencer campaigns, and helps integrate community voice into strategy through intentional feedback loops.
Before SE2, Mikey supported student re-engagement at Colorado Youth for a Change, led digital migration efforts during a nonprofit rebrand at Cancer Support Community, and supported crisis communications and media outreach at Denver Rescue Mission during COVID-19. She holds a degree in Journalism from Colorado State University — grounding her work in strong storytelling and clear communication.
Grounded in SE2’s belief that strategy and execution must work hand in hand, Mikey translates ambitious goals into coordinated action. She anticipates challenges, aligns teams, protects budgets, and keeps campaigns moving forward, helping organizations create change that is not only visible, but lasting.
