Rudy Gonzales is the President and CEO of Servicios de la Raza, one of Colorado’s largest and longest-standing Latino-focused human services nonprofits. Under his leadership since 2008, the organization has grown significantly, expanding culturally responsive services—from behavioral and mental health support to workforce development and crisis intervention—to thousands across the state. Gonzales champions equity and community empowerment, continuing a legacy of social justice rooted in his upbringing in Denver’s Chicano movement and work alongside community partners to strengthen opportunities for underserved populations.
