LiveWell Colorado, a nonprofit organization committed to preventing and reducing obesity, has selected SE2 to help educate and engage advocates after conducting a comprehensive agency review process.
SE2 will help LiveWell Colorado educate Coloradans on the systemic barriers to nutritious food and physical activity and the ways in which they can advocate for making their communities as healthy as possible. SE2 is a Colorado-based integrated communications agency focused on changing policy, opinion and behavior.
“With this partnership, SE2 and LiveWell Colorado seek to engage and mobilize Coloradans around vital issues that affect not only their personal health, but the well-being of their entire community,” said Sarah Kurz, LiveWell Colorado’s vice president of policy and communications. “Together we will promote a movement that helps more Coloradans live in communities that support healthy, affordable food and active living.”
“SE2 shares LiveWell Colorado’s passion for empowering all Coloradans with the opportunity for an active, healthy life,” said Eric Anderson, SE2’s president. “We are looking forward to working together on this new campaign to move Coloradans from awareness of obesity and its negative health impacts to becoming advocates for change in their communities.”
